We are your sounding board and trusted guide, providing full financial life planning for your unique needs. We help you think BIG and paint what your greatest life looks like if money had no limits. We also know life isn’t drawn in a straight line. Do you have a time sensitive issue? That’s what we’ll handle first.

We’ll share our process and how we can help you. At the end of this session, there won’t be a hard sell. In fact, there won’t be any sell at all. This is too big of a financial decision to make on the spot.

Foundational Planning

The initial foundation building is 6 months. Want to move slower?

No problem. You’re in charge.

In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into your current situation and what’s most important in your life. We’ll talk about:

  • Your money mindset
  • What are your concerns, big or small?
  • What do you envision for your ideal life? Not only long-term but in the next 3 months? 1 year? 2 years?

If there are time sensitive issues, we’ll address them in this session. We’ll chat numbers. We also know behind these numbers are real people.

We’ll clarify your values and ideal life, uncovering anything we missed in the first session. We’ll create a touchstone of what is important to you and why. The clearer we are about your priorities, the easier the financial decisions become.

We’ll also get organized and gather any documents in our secure portal we haven’t already collected along the way. Getting your financial info organized in one place FEELS SO GOOD.

We’ll create awareness of where your money is going to ensure it’s aligned to your priorities, values, and building your ideal life. Our job is not to judge you on how you spend your money. It won’t be perfect and we’ll fine-tune over time.

We’ll present the information we’ve been gathering along the way to show where you stand now. This might be the first time you’re seeing your financial life (assets, liabilities, income, expenses) altogether in one place. We’ll discuss trade-offs, explore planning opportunities, and have some “AHA” moments.

Here we discuss your investment plan to propel the ideal life you’ve been describing to us along the way. We’ll review your equity compensation strategy, tax planning considerations, review risk/reward options, and the timeline for reaching your 3-month goals, 2-year goals and beyond.

Our role is to educate and empower you to know the “why” behind the investment plan. We’ll demystify the investment jargon into plain English.

Ongoing Planning Structure

One thing about life is that it, well…keeps changing. Financial planning is an ongoing process and after the initial phase, we’ll meet three times a year to proactively plan. Planning topics may include:

Financial Planning Costs

Our ongoing service model is a one-time upfront $1,500 – $2,500 fee + fixed annual fee, paid monthly or quarterly.

The fixed annual fee is based on the complexity of your situation and includes investment management.

The minimum fee starts at $6,750 for individuals and $8,250 for couples paid quarterly. During our initial call, we will present a price proposal that fits your household.

The fee is reviewed every 12 months and is adjusted if your financial situation has changed. We don’t like surprises and will review this with you in advance.

*A Financial Bootcamp is available as a four-month engagement to put all foundational planning into place. Pricing starts at $4,725 for individuals and $5,800 for couples.

Investment Management

Investment management is included for all ongoing clients as part of the flat, annual fee. We provide an investment strategy aligned with your ideal life for all your accounts, including your current work retirement plan. This means as your assets grow, the fee doesn’t. We use a third-party custodian, Altruist.
